Don’t go all high school girl on us and roll your eyes at yet another take on deviled eggs.
No seriously, DON’T!
We will slap you so hard you’ll swear we were a high school cheerleading captains with the highest, tightest ponytails you’ve ever seen!
Now, those of you that have reservations about curry and/or smoked salmon, don’t worry; we won’t slap you, nor will these flavors. They are both used in such moderation, they enhance rather than overpower mayonnaise-y goodness that is the heart and soul of this classic finger food.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. Place yolks and all other ingredients except salmon in a bowl and mash together until well combined. Here, if you’re feeling fancy, you can put them into a piping bag with a large tip attached and fill whites with about a tablespoon each of yolk mixture. If you don’t have anyone to impress or are feeding a group of ingrates, you can also just plop the mixture into the whites with a spoon. Once eggs are filled, top with chopped salmon and you can also garnish with parsley.

Love this! My question is, do you have a queer in the kitchen cookbook?
Unfortunately no, we have our fingers, toes and eveything else for that matter, crossed in hopes of one someday.
